My Story
I didn’t create Food Freedom Fantasy because I wanted another habit tracker or mindset tool.
I created it because I was still stuck in secret food spirals, even after all the certifications, all the self-help, all the “inner work.”
I knew how to eat. I knew how to coach.
But I didn’t know how to trust myself when no one was watching.
Then I created the Food Freedom Fantasy Framework.
Where I took every best practice from my 10+ years of studying behaviour change, binge eating recovery, and how to create deep health from the inside out…
And infused it into the wildest, spiciest twist on traditional parts work you’ll ever find.
Suddenly, food stopped being a battlefield and became a playground.
This is when everything changed:
From eating entire pizzas in one sitting to 68+ days without binge eating.
Finally breaking the 2 hour barrier on a half-marathon (after 13 years and 13 failed attempts).
Leaving everything - the job and city I loved, all my friends and family - and starting my own business with more steadiness, resilience, and self-trust than I’d ever experienced during big life changes.
(Yes, there were wobbles. But they were blips, not breakdowns, and that was new.)Breaking through visibility and business blocks I'd struggled with so badly in 2022, I walked away from entrepreneurship altogether.
Yes, this framework helped me find Food Freedom.
But it did more than that.
It helped me transform my identity from a place of deep self-worth.
It helped me build my capacity to be the woman who could live a bigger life without going back to old comfortable sabotaging patterns.
And after decades of being a hardaholic (aka, believing it only ‘counted’ if I was suffering), I finally learned how to make the journey playful, joyful, and even a little bit magical sometimes.
(And to my surprise, I discovered the joy, play, and fun weren't just nice bonuses. They were progress accelerators and quantum leap creators.)

Nope. Food Freedom Fantasy is nothing like the “discipline and macros” stuff you’ve done before. This is a sensual, story-based method rooted in pleasure, play, and reprogramming your nervous system through erotic archetypes and imagination—not restriction.
❓What if I still binge or emotionally eat during the course?
That’s expected. You’re here to rewrite patterns, not be perfect. This method helps you meet those moments with curiosity and creativity, not shame. The tools actually get more powerful when things feel messy.
❓Do I have to write spicy stories or share anything vulnerable?
Nope. You are always in charge of how far you want to go. Some women love writing scenes. Others just talk to their archetypes in their head or journal. You get to decide what feels safe and aligned for you.
❓What if I fall off track mid-way?
This course is literally built for that. We’ve got comeback rituals, daily “scene” resets, and support inside the Telegram group and live calls to help you reconnect at any point. There’s no “failing” here—only feedback and return.
