My Story
Healing Through Heat, Humor & Sacred Archetypes
Hi, I’m Kayla MacDonald.
Writer. Coach. Chaos Alchemist.
And creator of the only healing modality where spicy fan fiction meets somatics, shadow work, and the divine masculine archetypes of your dreams.
I didn’t set out to create a revolutionary method for rewiring food struggles and reclaiming power through inner storytelling.
I just… survived.
I survived a painful childhood by writing.
I navigated heartbreak and sacred rage by imagining safe, steady characters who never left.
I manifested dream jobs, epic love, and a whole new identity through the pages of a journal.
And I never realized—until years later—that I had been healing myself all along with words, archetypes, and imagination.
I spent over a decade trying to fix my relationship with food.
I worked as a personal trainer, got certified in nutrition, did mindset work, therapy, hypnosis, and somatic healing.
But the only thing that ever stuck?
The only thing that rewired me from the inside out?
Was turning my inner world into a love story.
⚡️ I gave my pain a plot.
⚡️ I gave my coping mechanisms characters.
⚡️ I gave my healing a pulse.
And everything changed.
That’s when I realized:
You don’t need another plan. You need a plot twist.
So I built one.
A method that fuses:
✨ Parts work (but make it spicy)
✨ Somatic repatterning (but set to music)
✨ Subconscious rewiring (with fanfic flair)
✨ Divine masculine archetypes that mirror your worth back to you daily
You won’t find this system anywhere else—because only I would be bonkers enough to mash these genres together.
This isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about returning to the truth of you.
And it’s not beige or boring or clinical.
It’s hot. It’s hilarious.
It’s tender and mythic and wildly creative.
It’s not just inner work.
It’s inner art.
So whether you’ve struggled with food, shame, visibility, self-trust, or simply being too much—
This work isn’t about shrinking that fire.
It’s about finally giving it somewhere to go.
Welcome to the place where healing is playful, powerful, and sometimes wildly inappropriate.
Where your love of spicy books becomes a sacred tool.
Where archetypes become guides.
Where parts of you you’ve silenced become characters you can finally fall in love with.
And where you stop trying to “heal your relationship with food”
Because you’re too busy rewriting your origin story.
Let’s get mythical.
Let’s get free.
